United Docks Ltd is a leading real estate owner, property developer, and asset management group, listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, with an asset base of approximately USD 190 million (MUR 8.8 billion).

United Docks owns approximately 1 million sq ft of completed income-generating assets, comprising office towers, warehouses, conferencing venues, parking facilities, serviced apartments, wellness facilities, and mixed-use developments across the prime business districts of Port Louis and Ebène.

The Group serves more than 4,000 professionals daily, including tenants, visitors, and Park & Ride users. As the pioneer and market leader in Park & Ride services in Mauritius, United Docks operates approximately 1,000 parking bays, providing sustainable mobility solutions for businesses and commuters. The Docks Fanfaron car park is set to be upgraded to accommodate more bays.

United Docks is currently developing The Docks Ebène, a landmark 65,000 sqm Smart City project in the Côte d'Or Technopole. It integrates residential living, modern workspaces, healthcare, hospitality, retail, wellness, and lifestyle amenities into a vibrant mixed-use destination. The development is 75% complete. The five residential blocks and two of the four office towers are structurally complete, and works continue on the Wellness Centre and the remaining two office towers. Reservations for the serviced apartments under The Lofts brand are gaining momentum, with 25% of available units firmly reserved.

Looking ahead, United Docks continues its growth trajectory with a development pipeline of more than 2 million sq ft planned over the next five years, strategically located near the key business hubs of Port Louis, Ebène, and Telfair. The Group has also acquired 114 acres of land at Balaclava with strong potential for mixed-use development.
