United Docks is a leading real estate developer and investment holding company in Mauritius with an asset base of around MUR 5.2 billion (US$ 110 Million) and is the biggest private land owner in Port Louis, the capital city of Mauritius. The asset portfolio of United Docks comprise around 170,000 sqm of land, 50,000 sqm GBA of office, warehousing & commercial space as well as a pipeline of 200,000 sqm of mixed-use projects under implementation.

United Docks is the pioneer and largest provider of “Plug and Play” fully fitted and furnished offices with 30,000 sqm of Plug & Play infrastructure under the brand “The Docks” and is also the leading provider of co-working and shared offices in Mauritius with around 5,000 sqm under management, branded as “Le Workspace” and operates a conferencing facility of 1300 sqm under the brand ”Les Suites”.

United Docks is also the pioneer of Park and Ride services. It owns and operates more than 1000 parking bays with full day luxury shuttle facilities.

United Docks recently diversified its activities and started construction of a 60,000 sqm mixed-use development, known as Vivacity, near Ebene and Tribeca under the Smart City Scheme. Vivacity comprise serviced apartments, office blocks, conferencing infrastructure and commercial amenities.
