ASL was incorporated as a public company in 1991 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius in 1994. ASL’s principal activities are the running of a totalisator (Tote) system of betting on races in Mauritius organized by the Mauritius Turf Club and the organization of fixed-odds betting on foreign football matches, both in accordance with the provisions of the Gambling Regulatory Authority Act 2007.
