Semaris Ltd is a public company incorporated on the 23 February 2018 in Mauritius. Semaris was formerly a subsidiary of New Mauritius Hotels Ltd. Semaris will concentrate on the development of the non-hotel real estate assets formerly owned by New Mauritius Hotels, with the principal objective of unlocking value from the available land bank located in Seychelles, Morocco and Mauritius. Semaris will develop luxury real estate projects on these lands, which will, after completion, be sold to generate returns for its shareholders.
